I've worked with them for years. Schedulers have always been courteous. A few times there have been snafus, but I get it. If you've ever worked behind the scenes in a lender/escrow environment, things are sometimes out of their control, like no docs, late docs, wrong docs, only to be discovered at the 13th hour, and the notary is not always in the know.
Exos did not work for me...the ole volume thing, more work for less pay. I do about six SL jobs a month and all goes very smoothly, and I'm paid fairly and timely with auto pay.
I wish more companies would pay more fairly and timely with auto pay. Seamless and predictable. |
