I wish I could say it will be worth your time, cost and hassle, but, honestly, in most cases this work (mortgage loan signings) no longer pays a living wage. I turn down more work than I accept and should be turning down even more due to low ball fees.

If you want to make any money, concentrate on getting GNW (general Notary work).
