I posted this link at the bottom of another thread, but I think it's worth posting again. IMO, the graphic shown there clearly illustrates the potential impact of the decision to go out or not. And no, you are no different than anyone else, and you have no more idea whether you're carrying this virus - and potentially transmitting it to someone else - than anyone else does, regardless of precautions you're taking.
There's still much unknown about this virus. What we DO know, though, is that the numbers we're seeing today are inaccurate because of limited testing, and will undoubtedly continue to lag reality. Look at this graphic and try to get a picture of how bad this could be in another week, 2 weeks, etc., if some continue to go out!
