| Last Saturday I contracted with this company to do a simple Refi 8 miles from my home for $85. All the info was posted on SnapDocs with appoint confirmed. When I got to the signing 4 pages in to the docs the client stated that the docs had the wrong name "Robert" instead of Ralph. I contacted Title and they had provided the wrong name on the docs I printed. I told Title I could not perform my duties due to invalid docs . Title told me I would get my fee and released me from the signing. Today RESE cut my fee to less than half because they said I did not complete the signing so they were paying me a trip fee and for printing the docs. Carson Welz said that that was their policy. I told him they should have provided that info when they contracted me that I would not have accepted an unheard of clause. I called title and they said they would get Rese to pay me yet Rese has failed to change the fee back. WATCH OUT FOR THIS LOWBALLING COMPANY, THEY CHEAT NOTARIES. |
