2020 so far has been the best year for me in this business in several years. Bookings are on an average of $150 per package. It's easy to glide past the $80-$90 robocall/cattle call offers. I hardly hear from Snapdocs. Title/escrow/lenders are leaving the middlemen out of the equation for the most part.

This should be a strong indicator to notaries not to work for 1-3 star companies.

I am welcomed by people who bear gifts for my off the chart service in these risky times: Wine, avocados (yummy), power bars, herbal teas, etc.

Been a great year.
