Follow your state allowed amount per notarized signature. Since we don't usually know how many docs and signers I quote my state-allowed rate per signing. Charge for witnesses if allowed. You might quote a not-to-exceed amount. I had an attorney with 25 signatures that I quoted not-to-exceed $150. He appreciated that.
