Didn't look at video (haven't had time). But this phrase caught my attention: "I had a major direct-work title company call me yesterday to say that they look forward to working together again when this passes."
This sentiment is the reason behind my post today about communicating with the industry players. I have a feeling that we're going to be looked at a whole lot differently. Who knows? We're starting to get on lots of local TC radars. It may be that ABAs will significantly decrease and borrowers will have to choose from an area list of settlement agents in their hometowns.
