Has anyone used an online meeting platform to do remote notarizations? MD SOS has the following guidance for RONs:

I have not paid to join a platform like Notarize, although I did purchase an electronic seal in April. I have had zero calls to do any remote closings. I did some training through Mortgage Connect's platform SimplySecureSign in the spring, but never heard another word about it. I recently got a call for remote GNW and I would consider doing it through Skype but I am not sure of any liability issues. It's not really a money maker so I am not willing to take a personal risk to do it.
