What difference does it make where the notary is located? A notary notarizes signatures, not documents. Regardless of whether the transaction is for real estate property, Power of Attorney, adoption, etc. a local notary should be able to perform that service.

However, if adamant with proceeding with initial request, you may want to do a google search for "florida remote online notary". Using that, I came up with several.
