were "certified" by the NNA. They don't really prepare you for this biz, which can be tough to get started in. As far as "sit in on a closing" it isn't allowed (breach of borrower's privacy, etc.)
Follow this forum because it's a great resource for discussions from experienced pros.
Also, learn to use Signing Central to apply to cos. with 4 stars & above.
