I have sent 3 requests for a copy of pg 2, 1003. I hear nothing back. The email was not sent to me asking for me to get it signed...only that in doing an audit, they found I missed that and they wanted me to acknowledge it and defend my action. I said great...if I made a mistake I want to know it and I want to see that page since I don't have a 1003 that requires a sig/date. T/C has gone silent.

Not sure what this means. ORT
