Bummer, kiddo. Hope you can make up for it next month, and it's right around the corner. This week was extraordinarily crazy here. I had so many good offers I simply couldn't work in. Checking supplies and getting some much-needed rest after that closing blitz.

I think five files a day is my comfort zone. Commanding a worthwhile fee is where it's at. 5 @ $75 vs 5 at $150-$200 is more prudent to make a profit here. All the time we spend running around, using gas, oil, and car costs are a lot easier to absorb with better fees. Otherwise, we're working for nothing.

There were so many post-closing assignments this week, the fallout from a very busy, hectic month. I'm hoping everyone can refresh for the final quarter of 2020. I had two RM offers, turned them down for lack of adequate time and low fees to accommodate during a very crazy schedule.

I wonder what 2021 holds for us! (Won't be all be glad when this year is over!)
