I agree with Linda, both on the instructions - and on the deep breath... Wink

And just maybe it'll still show up somewhere. Regardless, this isn't the end of the world and I imagine it's a fairly common occurence. Follow the steps and you'll be fine. And of course, the sooner you request your letter of authorization the sooner you can get a new stamp and get back to work.
