Unfortunately, that is the biggest account killer, and never advise anyone to do so. If someone is assigned a closing they have to conduct it themselves as vetted by that company or turn it back.
If you want to network and recommend your area competition when you are booked to a hiring party, you can do that, but you can never just hand off closings.
