Excellent. Other businesses are doing this right and left, so why shouldn't we? And setting the expectations in advance is the way to go.

In this situation, I like the way you've presented this from your business entity, referring to yourself in the third person (i.e. 'the notary'). I'm not sure how that would work for those of us who have avoided using "we" when referring to our businesses, but I'm going to think about it. Thanks!
