Nothing derogatory on his records, CA DRE or NMLS. He is a licensed CA Real Estate and mortgage Broker with a NMLS mortgage endorsement. Those are both extremely high qualifications.
I think it's pretty cool he's arranging his own signings. CA also allows a Real estate licensee to own and operate an escrow company for their own sales transactions. I searched but didn't come up with one. Interesting....
