I, personally, have not experience with this company.
Normally, I would say working with a title company is pretty much a safe bet. However, the only online item I found under that company name was a LinkedIn profile for Daija, the owner. Appears to me she's acting as an assistant to title companies by preparing some docs and hiring notaries -- and, she's only been doing this for 2 months. Am I reading this correctly?
