Sorry you're having to go through this, canotaryhere. Never a good time, but especially during the holidays and immediately thereafter.

Sounds like his biggest client is Stewart Title and their payment is running late, probably USPS related delay.

That's neither here nor there. Your agreement is with SOS and he's responsible and delinquent for your missing payments. Keep after SOS; make a pest of yourself, every day.

I don't see SOS in SC. Please add and/or link. TIA!
