Notarial certificate is the notary's purview. Venue is wherever the signing is taking place. If venue is prefilled and incorrect, I simply strike through, write correct venue above the incorrect one and initial. I do not ask permission to do this. It is my responsibility.

Now, if bagger meant that he noticed the incorrect county on another section of doc (for example on Exhibit A), then, yes, bring it to the attention of TC. Only saying that something caught my eye. I am not, however, going out of my way to review the docs for accuracy. Not my job.
