If you do the math and do the driving and the print time and all involved, you will see it's impossible unless stationary sitting at a desk and a builder is feeding you purchase closings every hour, starting at 8:00 AM and ending 13 hours later with no issues and people there in line not late. That is possible, as I have done that under those conditions closing Lennar homes year-end, quarter-end. Some will say they do that with Amrock, as small packages and get them days ahead of time. Maybe? BUT if you live in an area that can feed you 13 Amrocks in one day, I would assume it's a populated area and have traffic as wellto contend with. |
