UPS disparity

Shipped 2 packages to same location in PA on 2/11. UPS tracking shows them as 2/13 in transit in PA. No delivery info.

Shipped 2 packages to same location in PA as above on 2/13. UPS tracking shows them as in transit in KY and scheduled to deliver by 9:00am on 2/15.

All 4 were shipped from Rocklin.
