Early on, I bought several 3-ply cloth masks from an office supply store, so I don't have to wash them every day. Recently, I started double-masking, with surgical-style masks underneath those. I buy them at Costco, at I think about $10 for 50, which is pretty reasonable.
As for tax deductions, I'd think that whatever is beyond what we used to purchase before Covid - minus whatever we use currently for non-business purposes - could probably be considered a business expense. Don't know about the rest of you, but except for occasional trips to the grocery store, I'm still not going anywhere. This will likely need to be an individual call, which we should be prepared to document, whatever we choose to do.
