Agree, don't know who that is, and a few with that name surface on a search. If he has something to do with SD, bravo, he broke the mold of how it's done and making a fortune. You can't slight him for that, even though (some) companies want to force the chargeback on the notary. It's a brilliant business plan, not so great for us. Such is life, just choose the companies who do not pass that chargeback on our side. Simple.
If everyone says no and demands their fees, they would have to pay it, but again, we are like a herd of sheep and someone will eat the cost just enforcing that it can be done for free on their end. |
