Technology is great except when it is out. Can't use phone apps or get on portals to report status. Callers go into your voice mail
Then technology sucks big time.
Then tried to get 4350 laserjet printer in for service. Repair guy left over the weekend for 3 months on his missionary stint in Mazatlan for his church.
