Concentrate and focus on becoming a notary and honing your skills through general notary work....market that to attorneys, hospitals, nursing homes etc etc. As has been stated, GA is an attorney only state for loan signings ...but there is some chatter that notaries can do signings for out of state properties...not so sure how true that is and I leave you to your research on that subject ...but keep in mind GA is adamant about their UPL (unauthorized practice of law) and supposedly was cracking down on notaries who operated outside the law.
Don't just read your notary handout...study the laws behind them, understand them and learn them cold
