Did you confirm with borrower(s) prior to printing? My confirmation calls consist of signers to be present with valid government-issued photo ID, date, time, location (address and city) and if there's a security gate do I need an access code.

Had a 7pm hybrid for today. Got a call this morning from borrowers advising they're a military family and they were just informed they're being transferred to Southern California and have decided against this refi thereby saving $5000. There goes my $175 fee for the hybrid but I am getting a print fee.
