I'm confused. Have you already completed the training course or are you still trying to sign up for it? You send the copy of ID as part of the registration, before the course begins. Once that's done, I think there's a link you follow to start the training. I'm not sure what you mean by creating your certificate.
You don't get the completion certificate until you've gone through it and passed the course exam. Once you pass, then you get the link to the PDF with the completion certificate. Or are we missing something here? |
