States can’t declare a federal form anything but since notary public law is state specific, a state can forbid it’s notaries from filling out a federal form.
RE: SB 670, you may not realize but one of the new education requirements doesn’t even exist in real life and if you’ve been an IC for less than 10 years, this bill will put you out of business. Don’t be fooled, this Bill is a Trojan horse meant to eliminate IC’s altogether. Last, currently have to do more than just file a very expensive $100k bond, just for the record. |
