Each state may be a bit different. For who I work with, I imagine they add an extra title fee to cover our expense, just as they do for the overnight costs, extra recording fees, whatever may arise. It's worked right into their title fees. It always goes back to the consumer in one way or another. Title office jobs are turning out to be my favorite as no printing, just show up, close, have really great professional printers and gain all the office experience. Processors are very hard to find around here and ALL are hiring, so they need all hands on deck behind the scenes. They are not bringing "new people on" as we are not employees, but a huge relief when we are there to handle the customers. That's 1 marketing approach newbies can use cold calling your local places. |
