Haven't had any Wells Fargo loan mods. However, I have done 3 US Bank loan modifications. All three paid considerably more than $100 (signed in outlying areas) and they just consisted of 2 Loan Modification Agreements to be notarized. At the most, 20 pages to print (including instructions).
In fact, just had one yesterday. Borrowers said they had just signed it (same thing) a couple of days ago and didn't know why they were having to re-sign. IDK. |
