House flipping hits lowest level since 2000

Interesting article that crossed my path for nationwide flips.

Maybe investors cannot find them at a price point to fix and make money on? A few areas are up though, but with the price of everything including lumber and electronics, I can really see why they are holding off, even though it is a seller's market right now.
