I didn't find A Step Above Signing Service in Signing Central. However, orange Search button reveals several posts.
I also did a Google search and there's quite a wealth of information there. Including on Better Business Bureau (BBB) 'site. Back in '07 or '08, BBB helped me collect on an extremely late payment. Then, I read here that BBB was declining complaints of non-payment stating they are not a collection agency. Well, I posted some days ago about another company that BBB helped with. Now, I see 5 complaints of non-payment that were resolved through the BBB.
