It's a borderline scam. People can claim their own money and not have to pay for it going through the state. It's very easy and faster. I found over $750.00 for myself on the insurance that was never refunded off a property I had. It's simle, and when you start getting these kinds of emails, you know you need to look for yourself and it's free. They do not contact you unless there is money sitting there. By the time they would pay a notary, there is nothing left for this company...I doubt you will see a dime of it. jmo |
