Not sure what happened this time. He has always paid me at 30 days and I have never had to call and remind him. Things happen in life. I'm not going to get all bent out of shape about it. I have had a good history with Miles B. Signings so I am going to cut him some slack on this one. I will just have it on my radar for the next time he reaches out to me for a signing.
In addition, I don't have a problem with payment at 45-60 days . . . I never have. I have companies that pay me at funding, some that pay me every week, some that pay between 30-45 days, and from time to time some that pay at 60 days. I am doing about 90-100 closings per month so I have a steady stream of income. My invoicing isn't always up to date, so I am not going to fret with a 60 day payment.
