HI TONY!!!!  I'm glad you shared this. I was considering investing because NJ just passed the law allowing them. Apparently as of 10/22/21. I'm so skeptical of this though. Seems like it would be too wrought with fraud.
We don't know who's outside the camera frame. I watch the ID channel and "I don't believe anything I hear and only half of what I see." (actually, my Grandfather used to say it long before I watched the ID Channel...lol...) Besides it's pretty much the mentality of the NYC Metro Area. Don't try to sell us the George Washington Bridge!!!!!
The rest of the world doesn't understand why those from NY are so "shoot from the hip, straight forward, no BS talkers". What you see is what you get. Unless you're a fake, shrewd, smooth talking liar, (most politicians? hahahahaha) you understand our mentality. I guess it's okay for the "Soprano's" though. I don't think people really thought that was NORMAL for this area, but it's pretty common.
Don't get me wrong...not ALL OF US in the NYC area fall under this category "if it doesn't apply, let it fly", but it seems to be the norm.
I always say NYC Metro area is different than anywhere in the world. Don't judge!!!
