Borrowers very grateful, a little inconvienced and frustrated. They just completed construction on this $2m custom home. Decorating as I drove up. Very interesting couple. Both civil engineers and crazy busier than ever trying to get new housing project developments thru the approval maze with local agencies.

A great contact for me.
