YES!!!, we veterans with 1000's of signings under our belts will not accept $60-$75 200 page offers!!!
We work with title and services that value and pay us for our true worth!
I never understood how our fee wasn't consistently listed on a CD and paid for by the customer anyway.
Title and SS fees should also be listed separately.
