Debbie abandoned that office in 200? I will have to research the exact date. and resumed her horrible business practice of not paying notaries from her gated community home in Mission Viejo. She kinda went underground for a while but popped up here and there.
It is amazing to me that escrow and title terated her negligence for so long. But her nonpayment history is endlible in our memory of bad experiences with deadbeats. She wasn't alone, and ther we are plenty more exhibiting the same behavior and business practices.
