| Exactly right. Unfortunately, my state law puts *foreign* passports in the sub-category that requires a physical description, which very, very, very few have. I find it hard to believe that would have been done intentionally, but who knows. Regardless, I don't think it should be the case and would love to see that get changed. Maybe some day... |
