It is rare for me to overnight documents to clients. Just so happen, today was one of those rare occasions. Consequently, I called around to find a FedEx location. Found one that picks up packages at 5:45pm for West Coast delivery. Cool, works perfectly for my schedule.
Low and behold I show up at 5:25pm and the staffer tells me that the package would not be delivered until Monday. Monday? What, the What? We had a long discussion about this…. long story short. There are several FedEx locations in my area that are closing earlier over the next couple of weeks, due to staffing issues, shortages, etc.
