This past weekend I had a refi. All went well. However, couple announced they are newlyweds after 35 years as a couple, all due to COVID-19. I let escrow we need an interspousal deed for wife to sign and a PCOR signed by Mr. Got er done the next Wednesday as they headed out of town before I could get to them.
Got a call yesterday to do a correction grant deed to correct Mr.'s vesting from an unmarried man to a married man.
Hopefully this will fund and record today even though it is Friday the 13th. I made bank on this one.
