If your computers died just a "few months ago", perhaps the Adobe version you had was DC. DC has been in use for approx. a couple of years.
You also state you're having issues printing with current Adobe version. Maybe the issues are related to which Windows you now have -- 10 or 11 -- and if Adobe is updated to that version?? Or, with how your printer(s) are communicating with your new Windows version? |
