If you are a RON, you have a chance. The profession as it was in 2020-21 will never be that again. Covid was the perfect storm for us with low-interest rates, notaries falling back, and scared to go and do closings and RON was in its infancy.
Try all you want and hang in there, but set a red line when it's time to exit before you wait too long and can't get back to a regular career. I've been in this almost 18 years and rode that roller coaster a few times, this time it is different. |
