Figure it out in your head with the formula you were supposed to have learned before starting. I never had to use one, ever, and rely on that better than a calendar.
3 days starting the next day after the closing excluding Sundays and holidays. For example, a Friday closing would fund on Wed. They have till midnight on Tuesday to cancel.
Example with a holiday: Sign on Friday, Monday is a holiday...they have until midnight of Wed.,it would fund on Thursday, skipping Sunday and Monday. |
