I've received a few more calls and blasts notices in the past 2-3 weeks than I was getting over the past few months.
Then, just now received the following from a local SS:
"As signings are increasing and business is picking up again, we wanted to send out a couple reminders of what Title and Escrow are expecting when we go out and take care of their clients. " Then, they go about giving reminders of the usual.
