I usually don't take the word of just one reference. I try to dig and discern. In this particular case, XYZ was just one of several saying the same thing. XYZ's was just the short version.

Which leads me to believe we have to choose our words carefully. The NSA does not conduct a closing. The NSA assists in executing the documents.
