I am fairly confident that any new signing services emerging from 2021 to current time will be owned by new notaries. There is no way they could be well capitalized, have a business model, be adequately insured or have a clue about today's industry. Then there are all the out of work lenders, originators, processors, escrow assistants, transaction coordinators, RE salespeople who are no longer employed whose last-ditch effort is to become a notary/loan signing agent cuz this gig is being hyped by all the opportunistic hawking six figures.
Just sayin'...I will stand by the established companies I've worked with for so long who have long standing reputations for paying and paying timely and fairly. This $50-$65 trend is just unacceptable.
