Try locally marketing yourself. We are not in high demand or even in demand right now so they can offer lower fees if they want and not have a problem filling that order. We are at the lowest of lows right now...typically this industry is a roller coaster, and the highest peak was covid years...I am not sure if we will ever bounce back because of RON and the changing landscape and the over-saturation of the most notaries ever currently doing not much of anything
