Although I no longer use my old HP printer (I use only brothers right now) I had always used inkjetsuperstore.com (probably for at least 20 years) and have had no issues. If you do get a bad cartridge they send a new one out right away. They are very fast at shipping here in CA and always have discount codes and free shipping on orders over a certain amount which is not too high.
