I have been engaged in this business since 2006 and have been very fortunate of only having one non-payer during that timeframe. The company named above is the second one. It is a debt consolidation organization located in Orlando Florida. I performed an assignment for them several months ago and they refuse to pay the agreed upon fee.
I have contacted several times via email and one phone conversation
Due to the fact they are in Florida I intend to follow up with the state to see if I can provide information that might have a bearing on their renewal of their business license.
